Ethanol is at best a stop gap measure, but you’re right it’s not terribly efficient, but if you don’t look into it to much it sounds like a good idea, give money to farmers to cut our dependency on foreign oil.
Really though we need to use less, find a better energy storage medium, and shift to a more renewable source.

The far as good for ethanol plants in the cattle as distillers grain also is shipped to feed that goes to cattle feed supply lots of this product know as good for ethanol production in wisconsin and dairy operations in the farmers ive talked to the far east to.
