Diesel fuel and the effects of staying gelled for 5 years?

I'm writing a story and I have to know what happens when diesel fuel remains jellied long. Say 100000 gallons stored in -40 time for 5 years. Support then heated to liquefy still diesel. The fuel still would be good to use? We should filtrarli in the first place we should use them first? the 2 days ago – the 1 day left to answer.

    I would say call your local fuel company. Like around here we have MFA, or Wallis Oil.
    They will be able to tell you.
