e85 and water1/2-1/2 vs ethanol and water vs methanol and water?
4×4s asked:
The runners are now using water from the methanol 1/2-1/2 injected into the engine after the engine is turn heated water from cooking and steam help of ol clean and cold mixture receipt of the fuel that makes it more deanse and more explosive and you can do the work more in sync engine then that the best anyone has MPG fuel ethanol and water or e85 and the water tested

If you mix E85 and water, it will separate into a gasoline phase and a weak ethanol/water phase. This is worse than useless.

what racing class allows this? according to all the rule books i have read over the year, the only pressure systems allowed in the intake system is for fuel only. water injection, alcohol injection, nitrous injection, etc is rarely allowed, and usually only in a few classes of racing where a power adder is allowed. for instance in nascar a water injection system to the engine is illegal to run in any way shape or form. in pro mod racing, you can run either nitrous oxide or a supercharger, and they dont care about fuel economy since they run a 1/4 mile at a time.
on street cars a water/alcohol system has been used to prevent detonation not improve fuel economy. there may be a slight improvement in fuel economy initially as the combustion chamber, as well as the intake and exhaust tracts are cleaned out of the junk that builds up in them, but that is only taking the engine back to its original efficiency level, and not improving it beyond what came from the factory. the system you have described wont work as you envision it will.
