How difficult would it be to create a conversion kit for car engines?

alternative / renewable fuel use? I made this issue a few years ago when I first experimented with biodiesel and there are associated conversion for diesel engines but what about the normal engines. It seems like it should be do-able as most of the gas contains a certain percentage of ethanol (as an example) Anyone who has seen this?
