A member of my family owns a lot that is free 50×125 feet. I 'm who thinks to put a small deposit of clothes there. I 'm which makes the estimate of my business plan, but that particular package of land doesn 't have the sewer, natural gas or electricity. How much did cost on average to make the city or do work to a private contractor those lines? Moreover, I think its important to add that the lot near what I want to have water, sewer, natural gas and electricity.
