Why is there a long delay in my natural gas cooktop to light?
G asked:
I have a gas cooktop natural whirlpool. When turn the knob to burn a burner, the ignitor continu aare clicking for about 20-30 seconds. So I feel the gas begin scroll and the lights burner. To make sure the delay was caused by gas not flowing (opposite the ignitor that does not work) that I held a match to the burner. The same result… 20-30 seconds before the start gas flow. What could cause this delay in the flow of gas? What can I do to fix it?
