What fuel should I use in my \’new\’ 1998 Sportster XLH 1200?.and where should I shift it?
Paul M asked:
He bought a 'IMMACOLATO; 98 Sportster with 32,000 miles. I trust the seller – I 'm old, he 's 10 years older than me. This is my first 'big' Harley – I have little ones led 30-40 years ago… Most of my miles are held on British and bike on a certain time of Yamaha… I can 't take the bike until Tuesday – it' weekend of celebration of the SA, the bank is closed and the seller wants to pay in dollars. I 'm the trying to learn bike before it comes to their new home. I have to watch out for Real for gas with methanol in it? The methanol really mangierà fuel system of fuel, while ethanol and MTBE are perfectly purposes? Until I 'm which makes the naive questions: Where can I convince the good data about the speed to run the engine? Where to go, where to turn, what is revving above and pull this engine… I don 't want to try to rely on previous experience and / or sull'intuizione. Thanks in advance for your wisdom! Paul in WI

Do I need to do anything to my 1997 VW Jetta TDI to use bio-diesel fuel?
**KAT** asked:
Finally they found a station that biodiesel fuel pumps for the public in my region of Maine. We're going to buy a 1997 Jetta TDI, which already runs on diesel and really would like to convert it into biodiesel. We 'the VE has asked many people and made a ton of research but cannot seem to find an answer consitant or even reasonable. So maybe you can help. How to go about converting our car? We need to do anything at all? I 'VE obtained the many answers just by changing the rubber gasket occasionally to install a set of conversion. Even I got a mechanic who said that would require a complete overhaul of the engine. Biodiesel is something I 'VE who wants to do at length with my vehicle and now that I have FINALLY found a car purchase in my area that has the possiblity to do so at a reasonable cost, I' m seeking some facts about what will to do this. All the advice or leads to more information, the person, telephone number, whatever it would be nice. Thanks in advance for any help you can give.

What is your opinion of Vegetable Oil fueled vehicles?
momof3anglz asked:
Just asking. I had a MOD's his old VW bug and get the remaining vegetable oil from local Long John Silver, that his car features above and swear the car smells like fish sticks! I think it's a cool concept, mantenente the emmisions down, but I was wondering what other people think about this. And, if it could be vegetable oil CLEAN has worked, because oil should be used? Thanks in advance for your input.
