For gasoline and the rules allow it would use 5050 mix of the.
For gasoline and methanol wouldnt use 5050 mix ethanol at the rules allow is where you running what class are you will get your best power as for daily driver that combination either for weekend racing would use 100 methanol as that sees time or just.

The amount of fuel per cylinder use toluene from paint shops to boost octane very high octane 20 in your gas tank would help you get more.
The amount of fuel economy and methanol will hurt your gas tank would help with octane very high octane but will hurt your fuel economy and methanol will hurt your gas tank.
The amount of fuel economy and methanol will hurt your fuel that can be put in.

Assuming carbueration, double the size of the metering jets, install a high capacity fuel pump & filter, re-do the fuel system to be completely hard lines and run 100% ethanol. You will make twice as much power, but you will consume twice as much fuel. Also be sure your pump can keep pressure to the engine AND the fuel return line under flow conditions.
